When a new magazine, The Savoy, was launched in 1896, it took on Beardsley as editor.

In August 2013, she that and producer Danny Lohner had finished two tracks of an album she had talked about recording as early as 2011.

With great ratings and a huge fan base, it was a bit surprising to see the series come to a screeching halt after only four seasons.
